Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal are interested in Everton winger Demarai Gray, according to Sky Sports.
The 26-year-old has just made his senior international bow agreeing to play for Jamaica’s national team. He made his first start in last night’s CONCACAF Gold Cup match against USA and assisted Damion Lowe, who headed home his free-kick.
He continues to make headlines with Al-Hilal reportedly keen on making him the latest export to the Middle East, already boasting the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, N’Golo Kante and Ruben Neves.
Sky Sports sources also suggest there are three Premier League sides after Gray, who turns 27 on Wednesday.
The attacker made 33 league appearances for Everton last season, scoring four goals, including a screamer against Manchester City which earned his side an improbable point at the Etihad Stadium.
He was one of the first names on the team sheet during Frank Lampard’s reign but found his playing time more limited under Sean Dyche, starting only five times after his arrival at the end of January.
Therefore, it can be assumed the Toffees won’t be desperate to keep hold of the Birmingham City youth product provided the price is right and they can find a suitable replacement.
The Leeds United pair Jack Harrison and Wilfried Gnonto have been linked with a move to Goodison Park in recent weeks for and either could end up signing for the Blues should Gray depart.
